Sorry I meant the passenger window works fine

your motor is toast. It requires a full window motor and window holder frame for replacement to fix the issue. The reason it struggles to go back up is cause the motor can't produce the same amount of power it used to so the weight of the window is what brings it down. You can't get a window motor seperatly since the unit is built into the entire window workings. So hit up a wrecking yard or dealer for the part or even an online web site for auto parts if you want it a bit cheaper.
