Hi just wondering if you can help me. I've recently
purchased a new car seat Leon 1.2 tsi 10 plate and
was wondering when I need to change the belt as
it's never been done it's done 85000 miles
All TSI engines have a chain
So with it being a chain does this mean it won't need replacing? I'm a new driver so I havnt got a clue
There are know problems with the chain on these model's, best bet is take in to a garage and let them listen to the engine, only part's that might be needed to change are the tensioner, but to be on the safe side, you can have the chain changed as well.
As long as there is no noise it should be fine
Thank you Delboy 17 & tmlcarsltd.
