knocking

my vauxhall astra r reg recently had a new ball joint and wishbone put on ever since a get this clancking noise from that side weve checked to see if anything is loose but cant find problem if you rock car from side to side while driving you can here it can anyone help thanks.

maybe its the tie rod , a small bar with a ball joint on either end, goes vertically from shocker to wishbone , i think, had same problem on my omega v6
