car is slow on start up,i e first thing in the morning, it takes a good few secconds before starts then it slugish  and a puff of white smoke come out of it then

Hmm, could be any number of issues. When was the last time you performed a tuneup? Any lights on the dash? White smoke is coolant getting into the combustion chamber, but maybe not in your case. Best to take it to a local mechanic for a diagnosis. Cheers!

only got he vectra about 2 weeks ago, she is due back to the dealer this coming week, to get a sensor for the airbag(as that light stays on in the dash as well as a sensor to tell you the outside temp(that dislay is next to the clock that be on the dash), after that there is no lights be on the dash when driving , there is a few that comes on when turn the key then they go ff b4 u start up, then, there is the pump shape light that styas on until start the car but goes off once start
