I have lost the keys to my 1992 Alfa Romeo 164L. Does anybody have the best idea of how to replace them?

You could remove the lock cylinder from the door, if both the door and ignition take the same key, and take it to a lock smith and he can then make a key for that cylinder, or have him come out and pick out the codes and make keys on site. HTH
