Passenger back wheel has seized. Fixable?

Asked by Jan 27, 2018 at 02:47 PM about the Skoda Octavia

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car hasn't been driven in just under a month. Today, rear passenger wheel will
not move. Nothing blocking it - just looks to have seized up completely. Do I
need to take it to a garage or will it free itself?
