Car engine making a louder noise, the engine is shaking quite badly.not
running well almost stopped a couple of times not running well. Just bought it

I'm assuming this is the 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine? If so it's possible there's a fault with the timing chain tensioner or possibly with the exhaust gas recirculation valve, both of which can cause rough running. Did you buy the car from a dealership? If so, I would take it back ASAP and get them to sort it out under warranty. If you bought the car privately I would take it to a Skoda/VW specialist for diagnosis ASAP. Let us know how you get on.
