Does the be crafter cr35 109bhp have sufficient power when carrying a full load?

If you're going to be regularly carrying full loads Leon_19 I reckon you would be better off going for one of the higher output models. The 163hp version would be best - it has 100Nm more torque than the 109hp model yet have almost identical economy figures.
