Hi Ge0stew, getting a new stereo with an aux in is pretty straightforward these days. Can't make out the make or model of stereo you currently have from the picture but it's possible that you could use an input at the back to run an aux cable to. However, car stereos are very good value for money these days and start at about £50 for a unit that will have an aux input as well as a USB input and probably have Bluetooth audio streaming too. Virtually all stereos will fit, so long as it is a single DIN unit. Halfords can supply and fit one for around £100 or a car audio specialist will be able to offer you advice if you pop in.
