Is anyone who owns a chevrolet spark in the UK worried about buying a full size spare wheel because it may not fit into the wheel well.

I can tell you that it will if you are lucky enough to find a second hand one as I did on ebay UK, You have to drop the back seat first then move the wheel a little forward and it will drop in easily enough.
