I don't think it would be too tricky Guru9JJ as the B pillar trims will have been designed to be easily replaceable. However, you will need to give it some thought as if you get it wrong you could easily damage the window rubbers. Have you looked to see if there is a workshop manual available for the car which would detail how to do the job? If you're not sure how to do it I would entrust the work to a body shop.
