I arrived on time and took the van for a test drive on my own and had the opportunity to have a good looks at the van. When I completed my test drive I meet with the sales man. I found him helpful and although I likes the van it was a bit shorter than I thought. The salesman searched for a more suitable van but nothing I stock. Decided to wait and see if something else turns up. Salesman will keep in touch if anything comes in. My experience was a positive one and I would go to see other vans in the future.

Was very quick to respond which was excellent service. However, my question was by email, as that’s how I wanted my response But, unfortunately, i was told in the email to get in touch by phone. I may have done that if I’d had my direct question answered as requested. I did not want to engage in any dialogue until my actual question had been answered. So a bit disappointed in that.

They contacted me after my interest in the Ford Ka. The informed it had already been sold but had another car in the same price range. They came with the car to my home to show me. I will be closing the deal on Friday when I pick up my new car. This car dealership is amazing and their services outstanding. If I could give more stars I would :-)
