I was interested in a particular Skoda Kamiq model and gave the dealer my budget which was 10% off the list price. After a quick conversation with sales team I received a very blunt email saying no chance and was promptly removed from the diary database! Blunt emails are ok but really unnecessary to remove me from the database for the crime of having a target price.

After initial enquiry the dealer responded very quickly and we arranged to view the car. It was well turned out and the dealer went through the various controls. After a test drive and some negotiation we decided to purchase the car. A pleasant experience.
