"This place is a joke and should be closed down. I bought a low milage car
22000 miles to be exact. I have just put 500 mile's on it it was a 2004 X Type.
Driving down the road with my Grand kids and wife the car become unstable
So off to the Garage it went all though the tyres looked good and pleanty of
tread the whole backs had perished and cracked. The walls were gone as as
14 year old tyres do. If I had been driving at speed the barge said the tyres
would have exploded. This is a serious matter and life threatening. A full
garage check no way and a new MOT yep I thought it was quick the car was
back in 30 mins. How dare they but my wife and grand children's life in at
riskjust to make a quick sale. Please leave well alone. Imam now £400
pounds out of pocket...i hope you read this Westwell Jones and refund the
money for the tyres also an apology for putting our life's in danger. I have the
bills to prove it and a barge report. Let's see what you guys do about it. It
better be something you got my number. As I have yours be a man and sort
ps lose your mates Not garage as well because no way would those tyres
pass. Mike"

"Spoke to various salesmen but constantly got varied information and was always asked to put a deposit on a car I have not seen and with no agreement in place, then after many emails and conversations I was told that my vehicle was not wanted in a part exchange, they don't want BMWs!
Total waste of time.
