Used 2005 Jaguar X-TYPE for sale near Chesterfield

Excellent buy for the money .Very happy with it

I owned a 2006 X type 3.0 Sport Estate AWD which was previously owned by a close friend, The vehicle covered over 135000 miles in the 7 years that we owned it between us, apart from the obvious normal replacement of tyres, brakes and servicing items our only fault to be reported was the very expensive Transfer Box had to be replaced 3 times and when I sold it needed another. One of those was replaced under warranty, it was always serviced by a main Jaguar dealer, was an absolute delight to drive and the 4 wheel drive was marvellous in the winter months, I would, however, be wary of the transfer box, it is not serviceable only replaceable and cost approximately £1750 in those days, if you hear a whine from under the front seat area get it checked out immediately!!! That said I would certainly consider another but only a low mileage model
