The manual has a slick gear shift and fuel economy is reasonable, 42 mpg achievable on a gentle M-way run (55-65 mph), this gives a possible 500 mile range, but think more about 400 - 450 mile range. Boot space is limited, but suitable for two people and two-week holiday luggage. Iso-fix options allow a child seat, but the sculpted (sports) seats may restrict the choice of suitable child seats.
