The 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class represents the fourth-generation version of the German firm's compact executive car, otherwise known as the W205. The 2015 C-Class was only available in four-door saloon and five-door estate forms, because the two-door coupe and convertible variants that were available later didn't make an appearance until 2016. The C-Class had a fierce rivalry with other small saloons from prestige German car-makers in the form of the Audi A4 and BMW 3 Series. The Mercedes made its case with comfort and class rather than sportiness, although high-performance AMG variants were also offered.
