A desirable badge on the nose, a compact SUV bodystyle (and consequent high driving position) and deeply impressive cabin quality all combine to make the 2017 Audi Q3 a thoroughly compelling choice. This was the last model year before a completely redesigned model appeared, however, and rivals such as the 2017 BMW X1 or Volvo XC40 feel rather more modern. A small boot and cramped rear seats also mean that this isn’t the best car for growing families. That being said, the Audi Q3 impresses overall with a combination of comfort, agility, refinement and fuel economy.
