From our initial enquiry, through to viewing, test driving and purchasing Edward Johnson (Otley) Ltd were very helpful and professional (no pushy sales talk, the Silver Astra we saw sold itself) when we collected the car a week after viewing it looked immaculate inside and out having had a service, valet and petrol added, very well organised company, thanks to Andrew and John (sales) for all their help and to all the garage team who helped make our car buying experience easy and enjoyable

Dealer checks prices daily against AutoTrader and has a very fair price. Not much negotiation room but their prices are already fair. Family run and friendly with no high pressure. Easy to get to on outskirts of town and good place to take a test drive.
