2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio: exterior design
The new Alfa Romeo Stelvio gets low-key visual updates that include a new finish that highlights the car’s Trilobo grille design. New matrix LED headlights are the other change and their three-lens design is a throwback to classic Alfas like the SZ Zagato and Proteo concept.
These adaptive lights can adjust their beam according to your speed, automatically avoid blinding other road users, and perform a mini light show every time you lock and unlock the car.
2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio: interior updates
Changes made to the 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio’s interior are limited to a new 12.3-inch TFT digital driver display with three configurations called Evolved, Relax and Heritage. Evolved gives the instrument cluster a futuristic appearance, while Relax pairs the information on the screen back to the bare essentials and Heritage gives you a dial design that mimics classic Alfas from the 60s and 70s.
The new Stelvio is also available with NFT (Non-Fungible Token) technology, which stores the car’s history on an encrypted blockchain card that Alfa Romeo reckons will help secure the residual values of your Stelvio come trade-in time.

2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio: price and release date
The updated Alfa Romeo Stelvio will go on sale in the first quarter of next year with prices starting from around £47,000 for an entry-level Sprint model, rising to more than £80,000 for the ballistic performance of the 510bhp Quadrifoglio. The Stelvio competes with sport SUVs such as the Porsche Macan, Jaguar F-Pace and BMW X3.

The regular range is available with a choice of 280bhp petrol or 210bhp diesel engine – both come with four-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic gearbox – and Veloce models can be specified with a locking rear differential, giving the car more grip and making it easier to drive on the limit.
Competizione is a new launch edition trim for the Stelvio. It adds kit like a Harman Kardon stereo, leather upholstery, a leather-covered dashboard and Competizione badging on the seats. On the outside, Competizione trim enhances the Alfa’s sporty looks with unique Moon Light matt-grey paint, red brake callipers, tinted windows, twin exhaust pipes and gloss black wheel arch trims.
