Initially very good but then things took a downward turn when it came to my trade in.Promised to get back to me within a day,eight days later before they replied with an insulting offer for my car almost five thousand pounds less than Webuyanycar and we all know how bad they are.Iv come to the conclusion(naively)that the majority of car dealers are more interested in profit than people and Capitol VW are right at the top of that tree.

The initial ad was not transparent at all; no indication the vehicle was heading to auction. Bait and switch. I signed up for the auction, but there is no place to "sigh in" to participate. A very underwhelming experience.
