I had a fantastic buying experience and I would Highly recommend this seller, although he was away on holiday abroad he communicated with me throughout and organised the transaction in his absence honouring the fact I was travelling from two hours away he made sure everything was right for me. And sent me on all my paperwork through the post. Would definitely buy from these again.. excellent

I recently purchased a car from this dealer and unfortunately my experience has been disappointing. I also checked the service paperwork and while it shows a full service in September 21.09.25, there are no details about the timing belt or water pump being replaced. The contact number on the invoice doesn’t work, and the address listed appears to be permanently closed, making it impossible to verify the service history. Buton Autos was dissolved 26 December 2023, so brings into question the validity of the invoice I received. When agreeing the deal, a 3-month warranty was included, and delivery was part of the agreed price. After the sale, I was told the warranty was no longer included unless I paid an additional £81, which contradicts the original agreement. Changing terms after the deal was completed is unprofessional and has left me very disappointed. Overall, the lack of transparency and failure to honour agreed conditions means I can't recommend this dealer based on my experience

Justin was not your typical car salesperson not pushing warranty and added extra. He was a genuine honest person to deal with kept in contact with myself
