I was very disappointed with my experience with Yorkshire Motor Park. I enquired about a car before it was even available and was told I would receive a video. Despite waiting a full week, no video was ever sent. During that time, I made arrangements for my son to view the car on my behalf. > > I then discovered by chance that the car had already been sold. The only communication I received was a brief one‑line email confirming this, with no courtesy call, no update, and no apology.

The gentleman that contacted me was very helpful. When he asked what price I would like part exchange, I gave him a price. He went to ask his manager if this price was feasible, the managers reply was "has he been drinking before dinner?" What a retort, what an insult! Needless to say, the conversation abruptly finished! I hope this experience is passed on to this "managers" bosses to see what their reaction would be! Of course this would have to be before having a drink before dinner!
