Had to ask for a refund because they didn't deliver the van so as to conclude the deal.They kept postponing delivery. Their approach is too casual not businesslike. One day gone, no refund.

Test drive was a decent distance , enough to form an opinion with two different models Aubrey the guy at the dealership was helpful all the way though.
