I paid my reserve fee for this Peugeot 3008 only to be phoned up by the garage in Gloucester 3 hours later to tell that he had sold the car to a walk in customer. Stay clear of this dealership as a reservation fee counts for nothing.

Distinctly unimpressed. Placed deposit on car priced at approx £28500. Drove over 30 miles to test drive. Mileage was higher than advertised which was not a big issue (but should not have happened) and only at the end of the sales process when I said I wanted to buy did they tell me it only had one key which would cost £420 to replace. Asked them to take this into consideration and was told price was fixed, I was told to either buy it now or they would sell it elsewhere, so I walked. They sold one month later for over £1500 less. Form your own opinion.

The Dealer called me within an hour from sending my enquiry... answered all my questions and was very polite and professional... I called The Dealer a second time with more questions and again he was very polite and very helpful answering all my questions... I also received a text detailing location of The Dealership and information I asked for regarding nearest train station... My research showed this vehicle was very good value for money and that The Dealership had completed all advisories from recent mot... Only a change in circumstances prevented me from viewing and potentially buying this vehicle... I will return to this Dealer when my circumstances change... Thank you Zakaria Ezelove

Understanding

Contacted me by phone and we made a day when I would be available to view the car, for which I paid £99 to reserve the car until I had seen and drove the car on a test drive. On arrival I was greeted well and tested the car, we sorted out the part exchange and paperwork, it was all done in a friendly and professional way, and I drove the car away on the same day.

They responded extremely quickly and booked me in for a test drive the next morning. So very flexible, however I can’t comment further as I actually cancelled the test drive the following morning having thought twice about buying this particular car.
