Very good dealer but the car I saw was not for me

Found the car I wanted contacted the dealer and made an appointment to view and test drive. They were very helpful and a date was confirmed. They answered all my questions without any hesitation.. The listing was accurate and everything I wanted. Charlie was very polite and answered any concerns I may have had throughly. Explained what was included in the sale of the vehicle and provided me with the reassurance and confidence to proceed with the purchase. I would without hesitation use this dealer again, highly recommend….

Query resolved. Dealer provided a video showing the car interior with middle seats folded down and answered the questions I posed to assist in my purchasing decision.

After seven weeks without a car I saw this car that morning and was going to see another car that day. But my dad said go and see this one instead and I’m glad we did, the car is great condition like Ziad said I love it and ziad was lovely and not pushy like some can be. I will recommending him to people in the future such a nice guy and you can tell was genuine.

Car has a cooling problem I thought it would be delivered on a truck. Was driven up from origin. The radiator was devoid of water. Dealer wouldn't take it back
