Initially they were slow to respond. About the third time of phoning I did speak to someone and they were very helpful. I paid £99 to reserve the car via PayPal. They carried out a full service including a new cambelt. Two days later Gregg from Volvo Specialist. Drove the car 200 miles to my home in West London. After inspection, I find car is as described and I am delighted with it!

Don't buy anything from this dealer , within 3 days i had warning light for fault with engine , gearbox, brakes and ESP and parking brake, I have tried contacting them since I bought the car and they do not answer or respond to me in anyway.I would never buy another car of them,they are not roadworthy

Told dealer was definitely going to buy car, they didn't ask for a deposit, was almost there (an hour and a half drive to get there) for them to ring up and tell me car was sold. Could have rang for a deposit and asked if I was definitely going, but didn't. When I asked why they told me they were under no obligation to sell the vehicle to me. I totally understand that, but a bit of decency would be nice. Ask for a holding deposit or something like that. Was fuming.
