Slow to communicate. the predicted delivery costs quoted by car gurus site was disputed & had to be renegotiated. Easy chat when phoned but I had to pursue information even when deal had been made to purchase. Superficially Seemed difficult to arrange delivery.

He did answer for half of my questions only. Considering long journey to see the car I didn't want to be disappointed, that's why I've asked questions about things what i have to know before I decide to go and view car...unfortunately among 3 dealers this one was the worst if it's about answering pre-visit questions..
