Always a chance of disappointment when you're not in local area. This was a worthwhile trip. Even with traffic delays and weather, Tony was patient and held the Jag for me. I was able to stay in contact throughout my travel there, and when I got there, he was professional but pleasant. Efficient and helpful with every aspect from vehicle inspection to easy trade in of my xf. The site was prestige as was the vehicle. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
