Excellent transaction from start to finish. I live in East Suffolk and travel opportunities to Hampshire are limited. I did email staff multiple times and they responded quickly to any queries I had. I noted a rip in the driver seat upon delivery and David offered 2 no quibble options, either option resolved my issue satisfactorily. Their pricing accurately reflects the value of the car and, although they couldn't discount any more off the already good price, they did service the car and arranged a fresh MoT, even though these were not due for another 4 months. I would definitely recommend 1BR if you are searching for a quality vehicle.

I sent a request to test drive the car, I got a call the next morning and test drive was arranged for 5 days later. I found the dealer to be polite and very accommodating. On meeting Roy on the day of the test drive I knew he could be trusted. He allowed me to drive the car on my own, loved it so bought it on the day. I worked in the motor trade for 19 years and I am very wary of buying a car privately. I highly recommend RMH Cars
