I recently bought a van from this garage. Overall, the van itself is decent and as described, so no complaints there. However, there were a few issues that needed sorting after the purchase, and two weeks later they still haven’t been resolved. Communication has been poor — I’ve been told multiple times that someone would come out to fix the problems, but no one has shown up so far. Disappointing aftersales service, which takes away from what could’ve been a positive experience.

I have arranged viewing but my appointment has been cancelled due to someone deposited money online for that car, so I didn’t view that car.
