I was offered £15,150,00 for my Audi. this meant I should have got £1750.00 in cash back for my Audi. But the person who delivered the VW Beetle contacted the dealer to state there was more damage to my car than I had stated to the dealer. costing me a further £600.00.this was said to me by the dealer. I accepted this on the morning of the call. I asked Shelden to get back to me with written details of the costs he said he would do this but he has not done so!
