Was quoted £500 for my trade in when I got there after a long journey I was offered an embarrassing £90 felt they had me over a barrel. I wouldn’t buy from them again felt disappointed as the car was over priced as I don’t feel I got value for money. The AA CHECK is not worth the paper it’s written on

Navid presented himself well and was very knowledgeable which made the sale pleasurable. We were never put under any of the usual sales pitch pressure to buy the car. He was ready to answer any questions we asked, and helped sort out the paperwork required. He even made sure the car was fully serviced before we picked it up on the day. I have nothing negative to say about Auto Avenue Birmingham Ltd, and would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a used car.

My experience was good i just couldn’t scrape enough money together to buy the car and the interest rates were too high as I have an excellent credit rating

Dealer eventually contacted us, apologised for the delay , he knew nothing about the Defender , said he would ring back and so far never has , it’s been 6 or 7 days , not really very impressed !

All questions l asked were answered.

Jack Hutchings was extremely helpful and efficient with answering any questions and sending forms quickly. We didn't see the car im person, but delivery was arranged without any hassle. Love the car and so happy with the whole experience.
