Sales team were friendly, helpful when looking at potential vehicles. But once the buying process started it became more like timeshare selling. Hard sell, longtime sitting around waiting. Car handover, very unprofessional, stood in the door to changeover office and shouted out Christian name very loudly. No handover just take money for tax, give you the keys and tell you where the car is parked. No advice on their warranty only hard sell to buy their very expensive warranty. Car prices seem very fair but sitting around waiting for them not comfortable or professional.

A brilliant experience dealing with Andrew and Phil at Middlewich Autos. I paid a fair price for my van. Sold to me in clean and tidy condition with full documented service history. They are friendly, professional and fully transparent. I am confident that my van will last me several years and I will definitely go back to Middlewich Autos first when it is time for a change.
