Dealerships near me (Cumbernauld, Scotland, GB)

Spoke with sales agent several times to confirm vehicle was available and get more details. Agreed a test drive and made travel arrangements to do this. Made it clear to the agent that I would be buying the car and made arrangements to pay reserve deposit..Got a call from the agent late afternoon shortly before test drive appointment to say that the car had been sold ‘online’ and was no longer available. Complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. In my experience integrity and transparency don’t seem to be values that are part of Motorpoint’s customer service experience.

Talked to the dealer about car, dealer sent video of car, and in general things went alright until the finance company got involved and things went pear shaped and one minute declined and next successful email, and then wanted £1000 deposit which I told them couldn't afford, left it with finance company to sort out with dealer, but nothing and car had been sold. So not a good experience and one i wouldn't repeat again.

The salesman brought car to me for a test drive. I was impressed but unfortunately couldn't make a deal. Overall I was happy with the service

From start to finish JD was brilliant kept me updated, perfect salesman cannot fault him in any way would highly recommend him to deal with

Joanna was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend her enough. Murray was also very helpful, when we went out for a test drive.
