’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up from Berkeley performance. I personally spoke to a member of the sales team who was initially very helpful and assured me that he or someone else would call me back within 30 minutes after they valued my current Mercedes plan. However, it has now been over a week, and I have received no contact or update. Even if they had informed me that the valuation wasn’t worthwhile for them, it would have demonstrated some level of professionalism. Communication goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. Had they done even this small courtesy, I would have rated them 5 stars.

I was dealing with the dealer through texting and it seemed like he couldn't be bothered to answer any questions i had about the car. So I ended up buying a car from a private seller

communication was good but as i live quite a distance away decided that too far to visit for test drive, then have to return once finance organised. lovely car as well, just what i wanted.
