I sent off a request to view the car, Riverside cars sales called me within a few days to arrange an appointment. They were very friendly when we arrived for this appointment. I was allowed to take the car on an independent test drive and they were happy for my boyfriend to plug his diagnostics computer into the car to check the health. Being in the trade I am aware of prices for various repairs and was very pleased with prices offered to have some jobs done on the car for me before I take full ownership, including a service, MOT and replacement of all wheels in mat black! All round great customer service and I ended up buying the car which will be delivered to me once repairs are carried out.

Avoid this dealer – unresponsive and disappointing service. I bought a car that developed a major gearbox fault within days of purchase, leaving it unusable until repaired at my own expense. Despite contacting them several times, they did not engage with me or provide support. A customer should be able to expect a roadworthy car and a dealer who is willing to resolve issues fairly. Sadly, that has not been my experience. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.
