Very bad experience. I travelled from London to Camberley only to find out that the car has some problem and they will not be able to show the car. The staff did not even apologised for their mistake as they had booked this appointment.

The service was excellent. The transition went through very smoothly. The car was everything I expected. It was a pleasure to deal with David.
