Immediately on arrival I was greeted by a member of the showroom staff and offered refreshment. I was shown the car and on my request I was taken for an informative test drive. It was only when I tried to sit in the drivers seat did the problem arise of being unable to comfortably fit in and exit the vehicle, without difficulty. I am 6’ 1” of very large build and mobility restriction. I cannot fault the car, it’s my problem. We did look at a larger GLE model but these were out of my price range. I did receive a call a week later enquiring if they could assist further, but by then I was in the process of purchasing a newer Nissan Qashqui to the one I was replacing. I cannot fault my experience with the Mercedes dealership in Ipswich.

I found the overall experience stress free when dealing with the dealership. No pressure to buy or the feeling of being rushed the communication was excellent. Although on this occasion the vehicle that i was looking for had unfortunately sold . But my experience was one of stress free and helpfulness. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.
