Great experience from the 1st phone call to see if car was still available to driving the car away. Simon was very helpful all the way through. No hidden extras at the end as with another garage I've had experience with, they do try to get you to buy warranty's or insurance for various things, but if you say you don't want something they don't push you, which is great. Very happy with the part exchange process of my old car and final payment on new car was easy. Will definitely use again in the future 10/10
