Initially, all was good with the salesman; unfortunately, my car exchange offer was unsophisticated & unreasonable for me. I really wanted this vehicle, I even contacted my insurance company.

I had been looking for a while for a clean transit connect when I spotted this one, communication was very friendly and relaxed, on site experience was very pleasant and helpful, van is very clean and drives great. There was a small hitch but Nicholls sorted without or inconvenience. Picked up my focus on the Saturday just gone and couldn’t be pleased enough. The dealership was very helpful and transparent, the condition of the car was immaculate, like brand new. The finalisation of the finance took longer than I would have liked but we got there in the end, would recommend this dealership 100%

When I showed some interest they immediately put VAT on top of the price even though that is not what the advert said. Untrustworthy.
