Car was ready when we arrived . Did not check it all over as w I was told it had been cleaned. When we got home lifted the bonnet up the engine bay had not been cleaned it was covered inn dust and straw . Car maintenance book had not been updated I was told this car was serviced by Trust Ford on 2 Match? . I phoned them on Monday morning to ask why this was not done was put on hold for 5 minutes then had a reply today this had been done . The sales person I spoke to was sending over by email the service to show it had been done. NO email sales talk . Very disappointed to found the car like this after they said all had been done .Trust Ford used car sales Dagenham . I have photos to share.

Terrible business practice. Was going to purchase a £40k VW van, received spec and was arranging a viewing to be told the accounts lady doesn't work over the weekend so cannot take car home on that day (although wasn't being financed) so was arranging for Monday/Tuesday to then see the van increase price by £2,240 over the weekend. Contacted Lookers Braintree to be advised by Sales Manager that Head Office set the prices and that is the now new price regardless of previous price quoted. Absolute rip off, beware people, they change the price and don't advise.

I asked about the engine's specifications, and the salesperson was absolutely clueless about the product he was trying to sell. Whilst the car was cheaper than a main dealer, they at least know the product and what engines are being used, such as twin-turbo Mercedes AMG
