The dealership has been quite unresponsive. After 10 days of waiting, I finally received a text message today informing me that the car has been sold—what a surprise!

Charlotte, the young girl dealt with it she was absolutely brilliant. It restores my faith in the Young being able to work.

We were in touch several times. As we were not local (Dorset) Steve Bill enabled us to do all the pre- sale paperwork online. When we arrived to collect the car we were made welcome, given a drink & we were able to take the car away quite quickly. We know we could have got a better price for our Jazz elsewhere, but the distance involved made a p/ex simpler.

I had been looking for a while for a clean transit connect when I spotted this one, communication was very friendly and relaxed, on site experience was very pleasant and helpful, van is very clean and drives great. There was a small hitch but Nicholls sorted without or inconvenience. I would throughly recommend PJ Nicholls fantastic customer care and support, well deserved thank you to Dave Preece and everyone at Tewksbury
