I had been looking for a while for a clean transit connect when I spotted this one, communication was very friendly and relaxed, on site experience was very pleasant and helpful, van is very clean and drives great. There was a small hitch but Nicholls sorted without or inconvenience. We were in touch several times. As we were not local (Dorset) Steve Bill enabled us to do all the pre- sale paperwork online. When we arrived to collect the car we were made welcome, given a drink & we were able to take the car away quite quickly. We know we could have got a better price for our Jazz elsewhere, but the distance involved made a p/ex simpler.
