Brilliant made buying a car so simple and even picked me up from the station when I collected the car.

Talked to the dealer about car, dealer sent video of car, and in general things went alright until the finance company got involved and things went pear shaped and one minute declined and next successful email, and then wanted £1000 deposit which I told them couldn't afford, left it with finance company to sort out with dealer, but nothing and car had been sold. So not a good experience and one i wouldn't repeat again.

Absolutely shocking. I live on a Scottish island and my first enquiry was whether the van was still available and if delivery to the mainland ferry port was possible. I was told yes, no problem. When delivery was arranged, I was then told my location would cost an extra £250. As I live on an island, the first time I saw the van was when it came off the ferry. Initial impressions were OK, but it quickly went downhill. The van struggled to start due to an immobiliser issue, later traced to a faulty key, which I am now trying to get refunded by Momentum. The rear tyres were barely legal, one had a slow leak, and all four were the wrong size, requiring immediate replacement. There were also multiple electrical faults including number plate lights, reversing light and radio not working. Overall, the van was priced as an older but sorted vehicle. What I received was effectively a trade sale vehicle, despite being priced as retail, and should have been at least £2,000 cheaper.

Polite and straight forward ,but location too far to view the vehicle,shame.

The sales man was very welcoming, he introduced him self and offered us a coffee or a drink, had the car in immaculate condition, explained the product gap insurance etc, them called the manager to ask if there was anything else we need to ask.

I got contacted by all forms of media but realised i inquired about the wrong car
