Put a deposit on a car which I test drove but there was no service history or information on battery state of health so I could not proceed with the sale. Still waiting to get the deposit back - not happy.

Told he we would be over at weekend to view but got a message day before to say it was sold :( he told me there was a red focus there so we said we would view that 1, we got there on Sunday as he knew we were coming, when we got there garage was shut!! I messaged him and asked why it's shut, he replied he was out on deliveries, I asked where the red car was, he replied he had sold it!!! Would not use this garage again
