I found Philip to be very helpful when I visited his Dealership. I was advised to explore the cars and check for Comfortably and what best suited me. I had saw the car I wanted to know more about as advertised on the car site. It was the same. I took the car for a test drive and didn't feel any pressure to buy, I felt relaxed. I have went on to buy the car and I hope the after care is as good as the process of purchasing.

We were very tempted by the advert, it was orignally priced at £15795. We made an enquiry, they responde with 'sorry there has been a mistake with the pricing, it should be £ 16795.' At that price point we decided it was not for us. We could have pressed them on a trades description issue but didn't. What was disappointing was that they didn't attempt a halway house or other sweetener, nor did they discuss part exchange - which could have been used to persuade us to buy.

I bought a car from Mark Ross motors my daughter. We dealt with Darrell in particular. Once we had made out decision on which car we were going to buy, Darrell was very helpful, there was no dealing, however the service was excellent and Darrell did everything that he said he would do to ensure the car was ready for the road. I would absolutely recommend Mark Ross Motors, ask for Darrell.
