Received a prompt response. Unfortunately, a deposit had already been taken on the vehicle, but they said they would contact me should that sale not complete.

Exceptionally helpful with regard to information on the vehicle I enquired about. I was looking at two Torneos, which they were aware of but still sent a very useful video and followed up. In the end I chose the other vehicle because it was closer to home and suited better but still appreciated BSM and would not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

Fast response and the whole experience was smooth thanks to Sam great work indeed.

Haven't purchased as yet but was impressed with constant dialogue with Michael who answered all my questions n queries in a friendly, courteous professional manner without the need for hard sell tactics. I hope to do a deal, thank you
