They are friendly, professional and fully transparent. I am confident that my van will last me several years and I will definitely go back to Middlewich Autos first when it is time for a change.

Lloyd, the sales specialist couldn't have been more helpful. He gave us all the time we needed to view, test drive and answer our questions and then gave us the space to discuss and then make the decision to buy. We discussed some items that needed work from the workshop team and leather upholsterer and he committed to making good all these items. Service was great, car presented immaculately and it all helped us to make the decision to buy.

James was always polite, welcoming and attentive. The car was well presented and time had obviously been spent getting it ready for sale. When we went for the viewing there were some minor issues with the car that James undertook to have fixed if we were to purchase it. We did purchase the car and those items had been addressed when we returned a week later to collect it. Collection was smooth and hassle free...James had everything prepared and we were away in 25 minutes or so...most of which was my settling into the car for the journey home. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.
