The gentleman that contacted me was very helpful. When he asked what price I would like part exchange, I gave him a price. He went to ask his manager if this price was feasible, the managers reply was "has he been drinking before dinner?" What a retort, what an insult! Needless to say, the conversation abruptly finished! I hope this experience is passed on to this "managers" bosses to see what their reaction would be! Of course this would have to be before having a drink before dinner!
